TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Velvet.zone platform (“Platform”, “Service”), operated by AVENTORA LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). They establish a legally binding agreement between you and us and set out the rules, rights, and obligations that apply when you use the Platform.
Velvet.zone is a free-to-play social casino platform created only for entertainment and social interaction. The Service is designed to simulate casino-style gameplay in a virtual environment without involving real money. The Platform does not offer any form of real money gambling, betting, or wagering, and no element of the Service should be interpreted as such. Participation in games is purely recreational, and outcomes do not result in financial gain or loss.
All games on the Platform are played using tokens called “Diamonds”. Tokens (Diamonds) are provided free of charge through gameplay, daily bonuses, promotional features, or other in-platform mechanics. Tokens (Diamonds) are a digital entertainment feature and do not constitute real currency, electronic money, crypto assets, or any form of financial instrument. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money or anything of value, and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. Any references to “wins”, “rewards”, or similar terms relate only to in-platform progression and do not imply any entitlement to real-world benefits.
The Platform may include optional features, social mechanics, leaderboards, or progression systems intended to enhance user engagement. Such features are provided solely for entertainment purposes and do not create any property rights, financial expectations, or legally enforceable claims over virtual items, rankings, or account balances.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own discretion and responsibility, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Any such changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform or at the time otherwise indicated. Your continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines made available on the Platform, which together govern your use of the Service and form an integral part of this agreement.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Access to and use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all applicable legal and contractual requirements. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to assume the obligations set out in these Terms.
The Platform is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use by natural persons. Use of the Service by or on behalf of any business, entity, or organization is not permitted unless expressly authorized by us in writing. You must not use the Platform in a professional, commercial, or revenue-generating capacity, including but not limited to operating accounts for third parties, reselling access, or using the Service as part of any external business activity.
You must not access or use the Platform if you are located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any country or territory where the use of social casino services is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing or authorization that we do not hold. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction at all times. We do not provide legal advice, and we make no representation that the Platform complies with the laws of any specific country. We reserve the right to implement geographic restrictions and to limit or block access to the Platform based on IP address, device data, account information, or any other indicators of location. This may include submission of identification documents, confirmation of email or phone number, or other verification steps. You agree to cooperate promptly and fully with any such requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification, or provision of false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information, may result in restriction of access, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without notice.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You further confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person. You must not create multiple accounts, impersonate another individual, or allow any third party to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
Use of the Platform is not permitted where it would conflict with applicable laws relating to gambling, consumer protection, digital services, or any other regulatory framework. Although the Platform does not offer real money gambling, you acknowledge that regulatory interpretations of social casino products may vary between jurisdictions. You agree that you will immediately discontinue use of the Service if its use becomes restricted or unlawful for you, and you accept that we may take action to enforce such restrictions where required.
We reserve the right, at any time and without liability, to refuse access to the Platform, to suspend or terminate accounts, or to limit or withdraw functionality where we reasonably believe that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, has breached these Terms, has provided inaccurate or misleading information, or is using the Service in a manner that creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for us.

Velvet.zone is a free-to-play social casino platform designed only for entertainment and social interaction. The Service provides access to a range of casino-style and chance-based games that simulate traditional gaming experiences within a controlled, virtual environment. These simulations are intended solely for recreational purposes and must not be interpreted as, or associated with, real money gambling, betting, wagering, or any activity involving financial risk or reward.
All gameplay on the Platform is conducted using tokens named “Diamonds”. Tokens (Diamonds) are a digital feature created only to enable participation in games, track user progression, and enhance the overall user experience. Tokens (Diamonds) are made available free of charge through gameplay, daily bonuses, promotional events, or other in-platform mechanics. They do not have any monetary value, do not represent any form of real currency, electronic money, cryptoasset, or financial instrument, and cannot be exchanged, converted, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money, goods, services, or any items of real-world value. Any references within the Service to “wins”, “winnings”, “rewards”, “bonuses”, or similar expressions refer only to virtual outcomes and in-game mechanics. Such references are part of the entertainment experience and do not give rise to any legal rights, claims, or expectations of real-world compensation. Users acknowledge that all outcomes are confined entirely within the Platform and have no external financial significance.
Velvet.zone may incorporate various gamification features, including but not limited to levels, experience points (XP), rankings, leaderboards, achievements, streak systems, and social interaction tools such as gifting or sharing tokens (Diamonds). These elements are designed to enhance engagement and foster a sense of community among users. However, all such features are purely symbolic and carry no monetary or tangible value. Rankings and leaderboards may be reset, modified, or removed at any time, and do not confer any rights, privileges, or rewards outside the Platform.
The Platform may display activity feeds, gameplay history, or similar informational elements reflecting user interactions within the Service. Such displays are provided for illustrative and entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial transactions, proof of value, or records of any real-world activity. Any terminology resembling financial or transactional language is used solely in a fictional, game-related context.
We retain full control over the design, structure, and operation of the Service. This includes the right to modify, rebalance, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Such changes may affect the availability of games, the mechanics governing tokens (Diamonds), reward systems, progression features, or any other aspect of the user experience. Users acknowledge that the Service is dynamic in nature and that no reliance should be placed on the continued availability or consistency of any feature.
To the extent that the Platform may offer optional paid features, virtual items, or additional tokens (Diamonds), such purchases are entirely voluntary and are provided only to enhance the entertainment experience. Such purchases do not provide users with a financial return, do not increase the likelihood of success in gameplay in any guaranteed or predictable manner, and do not alter the fundamental nature of the Service as a non-gambling, free-to-play environment. All payments, if available, relate solely to digital content within the Platform and do not constitute deposits, stakes, or funds held on behalf of the user.
Users acknowledge and agree that they do not acquire any ownership rights in relation to tokens (Diamonds), virtual items, account balances, or any other in-platform elements. All such elements remain the property of the Platform and are provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use within the Service.
By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that the Service is provided only for entertainment purposes, that no real money gambling or financial activity is offered, and that you have no expectation of financial gain, return, or compensation arising from your use of the Platform.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the Platform, you are required to create and maintain a personal user account. By registering an account, you enter a direct contractual relationship with us and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any applicable policies governing the use of the Service.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This may include your email address, username, and any other details requested by the Platform. You agree to always keep such information current and to promptly update it in the event of any changes. The use of false, misleading, incomplete, or fictitious information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of your account without prior notice.

You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your account. All actions performed through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity, regardless of whether it was authorized.
Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account on the Platform. The creation, control, or use of multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, including through the use of different email addresses, devices, or identities, is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, exploit promotional mechanics, or bypass restrictions. We reserve the right to identify and link related accounts using technical, behavioral, or other means, and to suspend or permanently terminate any accounts found to be in violation, including the removal of associated tokens (Diamonds), progress, or other virtual elements.
We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, implement verification procedures to confirm your identity, age, or eligibility. This may involve requesting supporting documentation, confirming your email address, or requiring additional authentication steps. You agree to fully cooperate with any such requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification, or provision of fraudulent, altered, or misleading information, may result in restriction of access, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
You must not create an account on behalf of another individual, impersonate any person or entity, or use a username, profile information, or identity that is deceptive, offensive, unlawful, or infringes upon the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove any username or account details that we consider inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.
The Platform may include social and interactive features that allow communication or interaction with other users. You agree to use such features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Any misuse of social features, including harassment, abuse, or the dissemination of harmful or inappropriate content, may result in account restrictions or termination.
We reserve the right, at any time and without liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, attempted to manipulate the Service, or otherwise used the Platform in a manner that may harm other users, the integrity of the Service, or our legal or regulatory standing.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account closure in accordance with the procedures made available within the Service or by contacting support. Upon termination or closure of your account for any reason, your access to the Platform will cease, and any associated data, including tokens (Diamonds), virtual items, and progression, may be deleted or rendered inaccessible without any obligation on our part to restore or compensate such elements.
By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable, and that you do not acquire any ownership rights in relation to your account or any virtual elements associated with it.
5. TOKENS (DIAMONDS)
The Platform operates using tokens named “Diamonds”, which are used solely to enable gameplay, unlock features, support progression mechanics, and enhance the overall entertainment experience. Tokens (Diamonds) are a digital feature of the Service and do not constitute real currency, electronic money, cryptoassets, securities, stored value, or any other form of financial instrument. They are not backed by any asset, do not represent a claim against us, and exist exclusively within the technical environment of the Platform.
Tokens (Diamonds) may be granted to users free of charge through gameplay participation, daily login bonuses, promotional campaigns, loyalty mechanisms, or other engagement-based features determined by the Platform from time to time. The structure, frequency, and availability of such grants are entirely discretionary and may be modified, suspended, limited, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of tokens (Diamonds) or any specific method of earning them.
Tokens (Diamonds) have no monetary value and cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed, exchanged, converted, or withdrawn for real money, goods, services, or any items of real-world value. Tokens (Diamonds) may not be sold, licensed, sublicensed, assigned, transferred, pledged, or otherwise disposed of outside the Platform. Any attempt to monetize tokens (Diamonds), including through third-party services, private arrangements, or external marketplaces, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All tokens (Diamonds) are provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for use within the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you do not own tokens (Diamonds) and that no property rights or proprietary interests of any kind arise in relation to them. The balance of tokens (Diamonds) displayed in your account reflects your current in-platform status only and does not constitute a stored value account, deposit, or obligation owed to you.
The use of tokens (Diamonds) is governed by the rules and mechanics of the specific games or features in which they are used. This may include the deduction of tokens (Diamonds) to participate in certain games, the allocation of tokens (Diamonds) as part of gameplay outcomes, or the adjustment of balances through bonuses or penalties. Such mechanics may vary across the Platform and may be updated, rebalanced, or redefined at any time at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee consistency in gameplay mechanics or outcomes.
We reserve the right, at any time and without liability, to adjust, reset, correct, or remove tokens (Diamonds) from any account where we reasonably believe that tokens (Diamonds) have been obtained through error, technical malfunction, system abuse, or violation of these Terms. This includes, without limitation, the correction of misallocated balances, reversal of unintended credits, or removal of tokens (Diamonds) associated with prohibited activity. No compensation will be provided for any such adjustments.
Tokens (Diamonds) may be subject to expiration, inactivity rules, or account-based limitations, which may be introduced or modified at any time. Where applicable, such conditions will be communicated through the Platform, but it remains your responsibility to review and understand how tokens (Diamonds) are managed within your account.
To the extent that the Platform offers optional purchases of additional tokens (Diamonds) or related virtual items, such purchases are entirely voluntary and are made for entertainment purposes only. Any payments made are in exchange for a limited license to use digital content within the Platform and do not represent deposits, investments, or financial transactions. The purchase of tokens (Diamonds) does not provide any guaranteed outcome, does not increase the likelihood of success in gameplay in any predictable or measurable way, and does not create any entitlement to real-world value or return.
Unless required by applicable law, all purchases of tokens (Diamonds) or virtual items are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that, upon completion of a transaction, the digital content is deemed to have been delivered and consumed for the purposes of applicable consumer protection laws.
Any references within the Platform to “balances”, “transactions”, “credits”, “earnings”, or similar terminology are used strictly in a fictional, game-related context as part of the simulated experience. Such terminology does not indicate real financial activity, does not create any legal or financial relationship, and must not be interpreted as evidence of monetary value or entitlement.
By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that tokens (Diamonds) are a virtual entertainment feature only, that they have no monetary value, that they cannot be converted into real-world assets, and that you have no expectation of financial gain, compensation, or economic benefit arising from their use, accumulation, or transfer within the Platform.
6. NO GAMBLING / NO REAL MONEY
Velvet.zone is a free-to-play social casino platform intended solely for entertainment and social interaction. The Service does not offer, facilitate, or promote real money gambling, betting, wagering, or any activity involving the risk or potential gain of real funds or items of monetary value. Participation in the Platform is entirely recreational and is not intended to provide any form of financial return or economic benefit.
No part of the Platform requires the use of real money to participate in gameplay. All games are accessed and played using tokens named “Diamonds”, which have no monetary value and cannot be converted, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, goods, services, or any items of real-world value. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the proper functioning, security, or integrity of the Platform.
You must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform, or that could interfere with any other user’s access to or enjoyment of the Service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or related infrastructure, or attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or technical safeguards implemented by us.
You are strictly prohibited from using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any form of artificial manipulation designed to influence gameplay, accumulate tokens (Diamonds), exploit reward mechanisms, or gain an unfair advantage over other users. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with the underlying software, algorithms, or game mechanics of the Platform is also prohibited.
You must not exploit any bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform. If you become aware of any technical issue or vulnerability, you agree to report it to us promptly and refrain from using it for personal gain or advantage. Any use of such issues for benefit, whether intentional or not, may result in account suspension or termination.
You must not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity, including impersonation of other individuals, misrepresentation of identity, or creation of multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or gain unfair advantages. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including selling, trading, or otherwise monetizing access to your account or any virtual elements within the Service.
The Platform may include social or interactive features. You agree not to use these features to harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users, or to distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any content or behavior that we consider violating these standards.
You must not attempt to use the Platform for any purpose related to real money gambling, financial speculation, or any activity that seeks to assign monetary value to in-platform elements, including tokens (Diamonds). Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to monitor user activity for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms, to investigate suspected violations, and to take appropriate action, including suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of accounts. Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior.
8. LEADERBOARDS AND SOCIAL FEATURES
The Platform may include leaderboards, rankings, levels, achievements, activity feeds, and other social or interactive features designed to enhance user engagement and create a sense of community. These features reflect in-platform activity, participation, and progression, and are provided solely for entertainment purposes within the Service.
All positions, rankings, scores, statistics, and achievements displayed on leaderboards or similar features are generated based on virtual gameplay data and internal metrics defined by the Platform. They do not carry any monetary value, do not constitute prizes or rewards of real-world significance, and do not give rise to any legal, financial, or proprietary rights. Users acknowledge that leaderboard placement is indicative only of in-platform performance and is not intended to represent skill, status, or measurable value outside the context of the Platform.
Leaderboards and rankings may be based on various criteria, including accumulated tokens (Diamonds), gameplay activity, progression levels, or other performance indicators. The calculation methods, weighting, and underlying algorithms used to determine rankings are defined solely by the Platform and may be modified, updated, or replaced at any time without notice. We do not guarantee transparency, consistency, or continuity in ranking methodologies, and users agree that such systems are subject to change as part of ongoing development and balancing.
The Platform may include features that enable interaction between users, such as sending or receiving tokens (Diamonds), sharing achievements, participating in challenges, or engaging with activity feeds. All such interactions occur only within the Platform and are limited to its technical functionality. They do not create any ownership rights, contractual relationships, or enforceable obligations between users. Any tokens (Diamonds) or virtual elements transferred between users always remain virtual and retain no monetary value.
Users must not use leaderboards or social features to engage in manipulation, collusion, or any behavior intended to artificially influence rankings, distort gameplay outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage. This includes, without limitation, coordinated activity between multiple accounts, exploitation of system mechanics, or use of automated tools. Any such conduct may result in the adjustment or removal of rankings, restriction of access to social features, or suspension or termination of accounts.
The Platform may display activity feeds, recent gameplay outcomes, or similar informational content reflecting user participation. Such displays are provided for illustrative and entertainment purposes only and must not be interpreted as records of financial transactions, proof of value, or evidence of real-world activity. Any terminology that resembles financial or transactional language is used strictly within the context of a simulated environment and does not imply the existence of real-world rights or obligations.
We reserve the right, at any time and without liability, to modify, reset, recalculate, suspend, or discontinue any leaderboard, ranking system, social feature, or related data. This may occur as part of system updates, technical corrections, fairness adjustments, prevention of abuse, or general platform improvements. Users acknowledge that leaderboard data may be removed, altered, or reset without compensation or prior notice.
We also reserve the right to moderate and manage user interactions within social features, including the removal of content, restriction of communication functions, or limitation of participation where necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Users agree to engage with others lawfully and respectfully and to refrain from harassment, abuse, or any form of inappropriate conduct.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that all leaderboards and social features are part of a simulated, non-monetary environment, that they serve no purpose outside the Platform, and that they do not create any expectation of reward, recognition, or benefit beyond the entertainment value provided within the Service.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide continuous and reliable access to the Platform; however, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform, or any part of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, defects, delays, or interruptions. Access to the Service may be affected by factors outside our control, including network conditions, third-party service providers, device compatibility, and technical limitations.
The Platform may be suspended, restricted, or interrupted at any time for operational, technical, or security reasons. This may include, without limitation, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, software updates, infrastructure changes, or responses to incidents such as outages, vulnerabilities, or suspected abuse. Such interruptions may occur without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any loss of access, inconvenience, or disruption experienced as a result.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue the Platform or any of its features, content, or functionality, either temporarily or permanently. This includes, without limitation, changes to the availability of games, gameplay mechanics, reward systems, tokens (Diamonds) structures, account features, or user interface elements. We are not obligated to maintain, support, or continue any specific feature, and users should not rely on the ongoing availability of any aspect of the Service.
We may impose limitations on access to certain features or restrict availability based on geographic location, regulatory considerations, technical capacity, or other factors. This may include blocking access from specific jurisdictions, limiting functionality for certain users, or implementing controls to manage system performance and stability. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available in all locations or accessible.
